How Wise statements are handled
Wise statements include conversion fees as separate rows, and they are kept as-is for reconciliation.
Like every conversion on StatementSheet, the result is checked line by line: the running balance is recomputed across all transactions, and any row that does not reconcile is flagged in the preview and highlighted in your Excel download. You get Date, Description, Amount and Balance columns that import directly into QuickBooks, Xero or Google Sheets.
Getting the PDF from Wise
Log in to your Wise online banking or mobile app, open Statements or Documents, and download the statement for the period you need as PDF. Then drop the file above. You can select several months at once and they will be merged into a single chronological spreadsheet.
